How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few hours, between 08:00 and 21:00 Central Indonesia Time. No enquiry should be waiting longer than 24 hours.
What secures a departure date?
A deposit, with the balance payable before departure. The exact split is stated on your written quote, so you see it before any money moves.
How can I pay?
International bank transfer and secure card payment links are the standard options. We confirm which of them works best for your country when you book.
What are the cancellation and rescheduling terms?
They vary by boat, trip type and season, so the full written terms come with your quote rather than being buried in a page like this. Read them before you commit — nothing is assumed.
Where does the trip actually meet?
Most departures board in East Lombok, around the Labuan Lombok and Kayangan harbour area, with a land transfer from your pickup point. Guests coming from Senggigi or the Gili Islands are routed via the northwest coast. Your exact meeting point is confirmed in your booking pack.
