Book the crossing
Book the crossing without a checkout.
Send your dates and a real person comes back with the published departures, the cabins still open on them and a fixed written price. Held with a deposit, confirmed in writing, before you book a single flight around it.

- 4D3N one-way, Lombok to Labuan Bajo

Three decisions
Date, cabin, pickup.
Almost everything about this crossing is fixed. These three are the only things we need from you before a quote means anything.
-
Apr–Nov
Your date
The season runs April to November, on published dates — three or four departures a month, not a weekly timetable.
-
Five cabins
Your cabin
The crossing is cabin-only. Captain and Penyu are the smaller rooms; Kerang, Paus and Ikan step up from there.
-
East Lombok
Your pickup
Most guests board in East Lombok. Tell us where you are staying and we confirm whether the transfer is in your package or an add-on.
The itinerary itself does not change with the cabin. Komodo, Padar, Pink Beach and Manta Point are on every departure, whichever room you sleep in.

How the booking works
Request, quote, deposit, pack.
-
01
Send your request
Your dates or a rough month, how many of you there are, and the cabin you have in mind. The form and WhatsApp reach the same desk.
-
02
Get dates and a price
We come back with the nearest published departures, what is still open on them, and a written quote with every inclusion listed.
-
03
Hold it with a deposit
A deposit secures the departure and the balance is due before sailing. Deposit and cancellation terms are on the quote before you pay anything.
-
04
Receive your pack
Meeting point, pickup time, the passport details needed for park registration, and a packing list, sent before sailing day.
Is it really instant?
Not in the click-and-confirmed sense, and we would rather say so. A cabin is held when the deposit lands, not when a form submits, because every request is checked against the live manifest first. In practice that is hours, not days.
How long is the trip?
Four days and three nights, one-way: boarding in East Lombok and finishing at Labuan Bajo on Flores. It is a crossing rather than a loop, so nothing backtracks.
Are park fees included in the price?
No. Komodo National Park is USD 40-50 per person for foreigners, charged once and covering the whole trip rather than each island, and the Teluk Saleh and Moyo or Satonda entrances are separate again. All of them are itemised on your quote, so there is no surprise at the gate.
When in the season should I sail?
Anywhere in April to November — there are no published departures outside it. Cabins on the July and August dates go first, so book those weeks well ahead.
Do you need my passport details?
Yes. Komodo National Park registration needs passport details for every traveller, so send them exactly as printed when you confirm rather than from memory.

Dates in hand?
Send them. Get the calendar back.
Tell us your dates and group size and you will have the open departures, the cabins still free on them and a fixed written price — usually within the hour during desk hours.
